Table Gatherings from 1/26-1/28

Haven't posted here in awhile.  Here's the plan for the week(end):

This Friday's gathering is simply pizza - no official meeting starting at 6 on the 26th at our house (19781 Riverview Ave).  So, if you're a neighbor (or an honorary neighbor :) ), please RSVP by noon on Friday so I know how much pizza to order.  Feel free to bring a side/dessert/and-or beverage to share.

Sunday the 28th at 9:30 am, the Women's Book Club is happening at Starbucks in Rocky River on Detroit in the private room.  Again, they're going through the book, "Liturgy of the Ordinary" by Tish Harrison Warren.

Also on Sunday morning, we'll be having a Sunday Church Service at our house at 11 am simply using "Common Prayer: A Liturgy for Ordinary Radicals" as our guide.  

Speaking of that guide, a fun/true quote in today's reading from Paul Hewson (Bono):

"Irish rock star Bono has said 'Grace defies reason and logic. Love interrupts, if you like, the consequences of your actions, which in my case is very good news indeed, because I've done a lot of stupid stuff.'"
