Table Friday - Rocky River 9/15/2017

Hi Everyone,

And a special welcome to those who may be coming via Renew Communities!

 

As always, we will be gathering for food and beverage and conversation with a short children's lesson (the adults listen in on it :) ) and liturgical (guided) prayer time followed by more conversations. We're getting more and more friends coming from Lakewood and encourage you all to continue coming to these Rocky River gatherings, but by all means - feel free to share a meal and/or beverage and/or dessert with one another in your own stomping grounds.  Also, there are those that have come and may be coming from cities further away.  These gatherings are great to explore what you might do in your own neighborhood for making "the table" (i.e. food, conversation, learning different perspectives, etc.) central to your own gatherings.  We highly value "living ordinary life together," as central to what authentic church can look like and so I just want to be honest that it may be hard to do from far away - but there's always room at the table.

Please bring yourself and feel free to bring a side or dessert or beverage to share. We provide water for kids, but are not averse to anyone brining juice if you wish.

Please RSVP by 2 pm on Friday if you're coming so we can order pizza.
